- Protect the Seals - Avoid turning bags and bowls inside out to help preserve the seals over time.
- Stains or Odors - Place Stasher in direct sunlight for a few hours to lift stains. For lingering smells, soak in a 50/50 hot water and vinegar mix, or bake on an oven-safe tray at 350°F for 10–15 minutes.
- Sharp Objects - Steer clear of sharp edges and knives. Stasher products are durable, but not indestructible.
Frequently Asked Questions
What size Stasher should I buy?
Snack and sandwich sizes are great for lunchboxes, snacks, and everyday packing. Stand-Up and larger bags are better for leftovers, produce, meal prep, bulk storage, and freezer use. Pocket bags are great for handfuls of nuts or cash and credit cards.
What are Stasher reusables made of?
Stasher reusables are made from premium food-grade silicone. They are free of lead, latex, BPA, BPS, and phthalates. We continuously send our finished products to 3rd party testing labs like Intertek, SGS, and LFGB. As a product that is sold all over the globe, Stasher adheres to the most rigorous tests required by the FDA, REACH, LFGB, and Canada related to food contact safety with our products.
Are they dishwasher, microwave, freezer, and oven safe?
Yes. Stasher bags are dishwasher, microwave, freezer, and oven safe up to 425°F. Avoid direct contact with open flames, broilers, or sharp objects.
Does the seal keep food fresh?
Yes. Stasher’s patented Pinch-Loc® seal is designed to help keep food fresh at home, on the go, and in the freezer. For best results, press out extra air and pinch along the full seal until closed. Stasher reusables have been known to make that bag of spinach last up to 3 weeks in your fridge!
How do I clean it, and will it hold smells or stains?
Stasher is dishwasher-safe, or you can hand wash with warm, soapy water. Strong-smelling or deeply colored foods may leave temporary odors or stains over time, but soaking with baking soda, vinegar, or lemon can help keep your bag fresh. Remove a stain by placing your bag out in direct sunlight for a few hours.

The handy 3-bowl pack are SOOO useful. Love that they stand up by themselves.
The larger one holds children's markers perfectly or soup that's easy to re-heat in them.
The other 2 hold 1/2 an avocado, or leftovers, or fruit for school lunches. I can't even enumerate all the enormous uses of the 3-Pack! Love, love, love them!
