Shipping and Returns Policy


We currently ship to P.O. Boxes and addresses in all United States Territories and Canada.

US Orders - your online order will be processed within 1-2 business days, we thank you for your patience. We offer free standard shipping to arrive in 4–10 business days on orders over $49. Orders below $49 will be billed $10 for standard shipping. We offer expedited shipping via FedEx 2-Day for a flat rate of $28. Orders placed before 10 AM EST will ship same business day, and placed after will ship the next business day. Transit time takes 2 days once FedEx scans in the shipment. Please be sure to keep an eye on estimated shipping timelines during checkout in case of outlying circumstances. Order and shipping confirmations will be sent via email. Customers can request text updates during checkout. 

*Alaska and Hawaii - We charge a $13 flat rate for standard ground shipping on orders over $49. Orders below $49 will be charged a $23 flat rate. We thank you for understanding. 

Canada Orders - your online order will be processed within 1-2 business days, we thank you for your patience. We offer free standard shipping to arrive in 4–14 business days on orders over $66 CAD. Orders below $66 CAD will be billed a $15.00 USD flat rate for standard shipping (CAD conversion would be approximately $20 CAD). Taxes are calculated and billed during checkout, and we cover any duties incurred, so your order will sail right through customs and deliver to your door. We ship with DHL and they will pass it to an appropriate carrier for final delivery. We do not ship to Quebec at this time but we hope to in the future, we apologize for the inconvenience.


We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Afterpay, Shop Pay, and Google Pay.

Applicable State and County taxes will be charged at checkout based on shipping address.


Discount codes are only valid for full price items on, with the exception of referral advovate rewards. Please email if you have any questions.


You have 30 minutes to edit or cancel your order after placing. Head to your order confirmation email and follow the links to make any changes. If you miss the 30 minute window, we’re happy to help with the return process or find another solution. Email if you need help.


US CUSTOMERS: If for some reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, new and unused Stasher bags and bowls purchased from can be returned free of charge within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund unless the product is noted as final sale. Any shipping charges from the original order will not be refunded. Please visit our Returns Dashboard to initiate your return automatically. Refund is subject to confirmation of returned product received and processed at our warehouse.

If returning outside the 30 day window, please reach out to for valid address to ship to and further instructions. 

Stasher only accepts returns of product purchased from All returns of orders placed through other retailers can only be authorized through and returned to those retailers. All Stasher items eligible for returns unless stated as final sale. We do not offer exchanges at this time.
