SHIPPING / ORDERS
We currently ship to P.O. Boxes and addresses in all United States Territories and Canada.
We process your online order within 1–2 business days.
We offer free standard shipping to arrive in 3–8 business days on orders over $40.00. Orders below $40.00 will be billed $6.00 for standard shipping. Please be sure to keep an eye on estimated shipping timelines during checkout in case of outlying circumstances.

Order and shipping confirmations will be sent via email. Customers can request text updates during checkout.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Paypal and Apple Pay. We also offer Afterpay.
California state sales tax will be added to orders shipped to California addresses outside of Alameda County. Alameda County orders will reflect the State and Local sales taxes. Out of state customers are expected to comply with current laws regarding purchases over the Internet.
INSPECTION FOR DAMAGE, DEFECTS, SHORTAGES
Inspect your items immediately upon receiving your order. Damage, shortage or defective merchandise claims must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number, name on order and a photo of the issue if applicable.
Orders are processed super quickly, so please contact us immediately should you wish to cancel your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Should an order cancellation occur after an order ships it will be handled under our returns policy.
Please send all shortage or damage claims and return requests to email@example.com. A Stasher Squad member will contact you within 2 business days to coordinate your return.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt in order to receive a prepaid return label. Please allow 1–2 weeks to process your refund and see it appear on your credit card statement. Please do not return goods without contacting our Stasher Squad first.
Your refund will be issued once your returned item has been received in the original packaging in a sellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
If returning outside the 30 day window, it is suggested that returns be shipped by a carrier that provides signature confirmation. Stasher does not accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.
Customer shipping fees will not be refunded unless the product is damaged or defective.
Stasher only accepts returns of product purchased from stasherbag.com. All returns of orders placed through other retailers can only be authorized through and returned to those retailers.

Seller shall have the right to suspend deliveries and may terminate this and all other contracts with buyer in the event of any unauthorized sales by buyer.
Seller is under no obligation to permit buyer to sell via the Internet. However, if seller authorizes such sales, buyer may not use seller’s trademarks or images of seller’s merchandise without seller’s prior written approval and in conformance with Seller’s guidelines for their use.
