Is there a minimum quantity required to place an order?

Yes, the minimum quantity is 25 pieces of the same Stasher bag style and artwork. You may increase the quantity in any increment above 25.

Am I able to add a logo to my Stasher?

Yes!  We can print a 1 color logo on the frosted side of your Stasher. Second side imprints are available upon request.

What is the average production time?

Our standard lead time is 7 to 10 days plus shipping time.

 Is rush service available?

Yes, rush service is available.  Please inquire with your account representative.

How do I calculate shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary according to quantity and delivery location.  Please inquire with your account representative.

Do you drop ship to multiple locations?

Yes, we offer drop ship services.

In what format should I send my logo when I place the order?

We require vector artwork with all fonts converted to outlines. Art not submitted in the requested formats may delay production. If your art file is low resolution or needs to be professionally redrawn or reformatted, we can provide these services at a nominal fee to help expedite your order.

How do I approve my order?

Electronic proofs are provided on all orders for your signed approval. Pre-production samples, if requested, require 1 week for processing in addition to the standard lead time and sample cost.

 When will I be charged for my order?

Payment is processed once we receive your proof approval, before production begins.

What are your terms and payment options?

New customers will need to complete a credit application or provide pre-payment via credit card or wire transfer.  Pre-payment may be required on all first orders regardless of credit history.
