So far I love the idea of getting rid of single use plastics however, I have noticed that these do not keep my food as fresh as regular plastics but I am still working out ways to figure this out. They are easy to wash and re-use again. They are also great to freeze food in and they save space. The bamboo drying rack is very convenient as well .
