The airtight seal locks in nutrients, flavors, and juices. Once your contents are in the bag, burp your bag to remove air, then fold it over and use the pinch-loc™ seal to make the bag airtight.
Use soap and water or your dishwasher. Do not turn the bag inside out, it can compromise the bag’s sealed edges. Be careful with sharp objects as they may puncture the bags.
For sous vide, place food and seasoning inside bag. Slowly lower bag into hot water, allowing the air to escape and a vacuum to form around contents. Carefully pinch the seal to close and clip the bag inside your cooking vessel. Cook and enjoy!
